Senior HR Officer / HR Officer (Shared Service) - Public Sector

Our client is a HK corporate company. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round HR admin
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis etc.
  • Update and maintain HR record and filing system
  • Support C&B daily operations
  • Support on any ad hoc issue for HR Manager as required
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related discipline
  • 3 years experience in HR role
  • Detail minded and able to take initiatives
  • Fast paced and able to multi task
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Immediately available is preferred
