Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions with core focus on Talent Acquisition for office roles, Performance Management, Corporate Communications, Employee Relations, Organizational Development Projects
  • Provide support as business partner in delivering daily HR services to Asia and Regional offices
  • Provide regional support in key HR initiatives
  • Manage corporate communication via Intranet & Newsletter
  • Support in HR policies and procedures update and review
  • Liaise with countries to provide accurate HR reports and analysis
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects & new initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years' solid experiences in HR generalist role
  • Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proactive and resourceful at work
  • Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule with high accuracy
  • Good team player. Willing and able to take lead in projects when necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Word, Excel & PPT
  • Immediately Available is preferred
