Senior HR Officer / HR Supervisor

What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and recruitment process for front-line and back office staff
  • Work as business partner to provide HR service and solutions to different business units
  • Prepare regular statistics and analysis report for management’s review
  • Handle and administrate budget and forecast in terms of manpower planning
  • Prepare recruitment reports to evaluate and enhance the hiring effectiveness
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required

What are the requirements?

  • Degree holder in human resources management or any related field
  • At least 6 years of human resources management experience in fashion retail industry
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore Employment Ordinance
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
