Senior HR Officer / Officer (Mass Recruitment / All-Rounded)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage the overall recruitment strategy
  • Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, social media, job fair, recruitment day and recruitment channels, etc.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  •  Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Providing recruitment status reports to management
  • To maintain retention activities - conduct regular meetings with existing selective staff; conduct exit interview and report their feedback to the management.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements/Qualification

  • A degree/diploma holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • With at least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in job fair, mass recruitment, etc. is an advantage
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies and recruitment channels
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent and detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior post
