Their Senior Manager is currently looking for a professional, eager-to-learn and passionate HR Officer with around 3 -5 years of experience to join their recruitment team for business expansion.



Description

  • Manage full spectrum of talent acquisition function for specific Business Units
  • Monitor the performance of recruitment channels
  • Initiate effective recruitment means for recruitment of F&B professionals
  • Prepare analysis reports for management's review
  • Assist in HR projects as assigned






Profile
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' stable HR experience with a focus on recruitment, preferably from FMCG or technology industry
  • Presentable, detail-minded, independent, well-organized and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
