Our client is an International Retail Group. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.



We are now seeking for a SENIOR HR OFFICER.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, taxation, leave management and MPF
  • Partner with retails operations on commission scheme analysis and review
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Involve in annual C&B exercises; medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices
  • Assist in office administration coordination and communicate with IT vendors
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned




QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR and C&B experience, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
  • Detail-minded, organized, flexible, pleasant and strong numerical sense
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
  • Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an asset
  • Immediate available candidates preferred
