About the Role
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for head office
Responsible for C&B management , performance management, employee engagement activities, and provides proactive employee relations, end- to end recruitment etc.
Perform payroll functions, assist in annual salary review, analysis of market bench marking
Responsible for employee relations and take lead in organising activities / events
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
About the People
Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
Bubbly and cheerful with a willing to do attitude, flexible at work
At least 5 years of experience gained in related field solid HR experiences ,generalist background with strong focus in C&B will be an advantage
With knowledge with HRIS system/ with system implementation experiences
Fluent in English and Chinese
Less experienced candidates will be considered as HR Officer
