Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of human resources services, administrative duties and facilities, such as recruitment, performance management, event logistics
  • Support the team for all aspects of recruitment, projects & event Management, includes preparing periodic report for recruiting activities and pre-production
  • Work in partnership with business managers, understand their needs and provide appropriate human resources advices / support proactively
  • Assists in project planning, coordination, liaison & co-ordination with Clients
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment / project by Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, exposure in construction industry is preferred
  • Proactive, detail-minded coupled with strong communications and organizational skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application Microsoft Office
  • Results-oriented, able to prioritize and work multi-task projects
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources & Administration Officer
