Our Retail subsidiary is hiring recently and would like to invite high caliber candidate to join their HR team, please submit your application if you believe your background and experiences match the role.

The position act as the HR generalist and proactively provide direct HR support for all business function


  • Manage all-rounded HR Operations which include payroll, on-boarding, exit management, benefits administration and employee data management 
  • Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including but not limited to job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, making offers, preparing contracts and on-boarding process
  • Support payroll administration and benefit renewals, manage leave management
  • Assist in maintaining personnel databases and preparing HR documentation for the full employment cycle
  • Work closely with the team to review existing policies and procedures and ensure all practices are complied with local labour law and aligned across the markets
  • Handle staff EC cases, including liaising with employee and Labor department, investigation record handling and EC payment processes
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the daily operations of administration functions
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experiences

  • University graduate preferably in Business, HR or other related equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years’ solid HR experience, preferably from retail and/or FMCG industry
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, proactive, detail-minded and able to work independent
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Fluency of spoken and written English and Chinese
