Responsibilities

  • To assist General Manager in the full spectrum of HR functions and provide HR support.
  • To handle recruitment advertisement and activities through various channels. 
  • To compile HR reports and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis.
  • To organize or conduct training of technical, customer service, communication, organization, and management skills to team members.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with 4-5 star hotels in Hong Kong.
  • University graduate in a related discipline.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Tactful and people-oriented with professional maturity.
