Senior Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Officer

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Include, but NOT limited to, the full spectrum of human resources and general office administrative matters, such as :  

  • Handling recruitment, compensation & benefits, attendance record and leave management;
  • Performing relevant & rigorous analysis of comparable office equipment and supplies;
  • Overseeing the maintenance of company cars, office procurement, including emergency supplies, and general office expenses;
  • Organizing company events such as annual dinner and charity hiking.

Assisted by one HRA Officer, this position is initially supervised closely by the Administrative Assistant to MD for the first six months while there will be weekly meetings with the MD, in the presence of AAMD.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management;
  • 5 years of HRA experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role;
  • Complete familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office,  especially familiar with Excel for data analysis and presentation ;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

We are looking for an individual who has plenty of “hands on” experience, pays  meticulous  attention to details, is not afraid to ask questions, is proactive by temperament and able to exercise judgement and to “separate the wheat from the chaff” at all times. In addition, if your past or current work can show that you have good communication, interpersonal & supervisory skills, you will have an advantage.
