Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate and handle all-round human resources functions including recruitment and selection, payroll and MPF preparation, taxation, attendance and leave administration, performance management, employee compensation, staff orientation, general training and development and employee-wide activities, etc. duties.
  • Update, control and review staff record in HR database and filing system.
  • Responsible for office administration such as stationery management, facility maintenance and repair management, renovation/ relocation project, etc.
  • Manage office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead, organize and coordinate company events.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.


  • Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience in all rounded HR functions
  • Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and HR-related regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Enthusiastic, passion, can-do attitude with drive to continually learn and improve
