Senior Human Resources and Administrations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • All-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and, stationeries and pantry supplies, etc.
  • Manage company renovations and overall office administrations
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
  • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
  • Help organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event, company events)
  • Update internal HRIS with staff information
  • Ensure smooth operations and provide support to departments and stakeholders
  • Set performance standards and evaluate local HR operational functions
  • Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
  • Prepare and manage the division’s budget
  • Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Persistent personality to communicate with teams.


  • University degree/ diploma, major in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred
  • 8 years’ working experience as an Admin & HR Officer Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsible, attentive to details and multi-tasking Immediately
  • Available is an advantage
