Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team and perform daily operations of HR functions;
  • Maintain accurate and updated staff records in HRIS;
  • Assist in managing the insurance plans and MPF;
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative tasks including filing, documentation, data entry, and reports preparation; and
  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Strong computer literacy, well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-minded with good communication and organizational skills; and
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Assistant.
