Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to drive strategic HR-related planning, staffing, compensation planning, employee development, compliance and performance management for Hong Kong business operations
  • Supervise and lead the existing 2 HR personnel teams to deliver full spectrum and all-round / first class HR services to all BUs
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to drive strategic change
  • Supports management and make recommendations for improvement in-line with overall growing business strategy by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
  • Introduce and manage events and engagement initiatives to create a positive culture and build a strong connection with our employees
  • Work with business units to assess business strategies in order to provide support accordingly
  • Lead and drive strategic HR projects and initiatives



  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of HR related experience & knowledge from F&B / Hospitality sector with at least 5 years in managerial level
  • Experienced exposure in sizable and global organizations With exposure in global recruitment and working visa application handling for global HR issues handling
  • Strong leadership experience and proven stakeholder management ability
  • Independent & self-motivated with excellent planning & organizing, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
