Our client is a renowned global brand with regional buying offices in Hong Kong. Undergoing substantial growth, they seek a high caliber Senior Human Resources Manager to head their team. An attractive package and benefits are on offer for the successful candidate meeting the following.


  • Work closely with Senior Management Team on all issues related to their people strategy
  • Maintain relations across various departments and provide support and consultation on full spectrum of human resources management including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition and reward program
  • Advise and support business heads on both proactive and preventive measures on employee retention and engagement
  • Functioning as the Head of HR matters, lead a team in the management of daily operations issues including budgeting, payroll, compensation &benefits, and compliance. 
  • Engage in HR related projects and change initiatives, working closely with regional and Head Office counterparts.
  • Provide relevant reports for management as necessary.


  • University graduate in Human Resources or business related discipline
  • At least 10 years’ experience in human resources management at global corporations
  • Regional exposure is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Well-versed and all-rounded human resources professional with hands-on experiences in staffing, employee relations, C&B, as well as strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws
