Senior Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join the management team of our subsidiary:

   Job Duties:

1.          Responsible for Human Resources functions which includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations or any HR related duties.
2.          Assisting in formulating and updating the HR polices, keeping abreast of the market trends and ensure the company’s HR policies and practices are aligned with corporate guidelines and local legislation.
3.          Provide strategical advice and support to Senior Management on change management and HR management system.
4.          Performing ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

  Requirements:
1.        Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines.
2.        8-10 years solid generalist experience in human resources management, preferably in property management, labor-intensive industries or listed company.
3.        Be self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
4.        Mature, detailed-oriented, meticulous with strong time management and organizing skills.
5.        Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, good Chinese writing skill.
6.        Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
7.        High proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8.       Immediate available is preferred.
