Senior Human Resources Office - Recruiter

Our client is a regional conglomerate who is looking for a human resources manager to be based in their Hong Kong offices. You will be part of a strategic HR team and will be called upon to assist in successful delivering on the hiring needs regionally as well as help drive the people initiative set out by the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and recruitment requirements
  • Manage the day to day recruitment process including managing vendors, assist with advertisement of open roles, direct sourcing, organizing interviews and managing offers
  • Actively source relevant candidates directly plus pipelining for key and strategic hires
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and provide professional advice on hiring strategy
  • Be up to date on market and industry trends
  • Assist streamline the recruitment process
  • Assist with on & off boarding, performance management, and employee relations matters
  • Support employee mobility plus in and out bound relocation matters
  • Ensure new hire orientation and on boarding programs are provided to new joiners
  • Coordinate training programmes and roll learning initiatives from global and local head offices
  • Assist with supporting HR Business partners with day to day people issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • At least 4 years in a recruitment function with a dynamic MNC
  • Track record in direct sourcing and managing end to end recruitment process
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Some knowledge of general people issues / worked as a HR BP is preferred
  • Must be willing to learn and work independently
  • Excellent people, team player and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred
