Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources duties with major focuses on strategic human resources planning, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations and performance management;
  • Lead and supervise a small team to ensure that they are motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards;
  • Establish a professional, standardized and seamless recruitment process to ensure recruitment standards are aligned with the organization goals;
  • Formulate and implement staffing and talent management strategies, policies and procedures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high quality employees;
  • Work closely with team leaders and division managers for facilitating and expediting recruitment process to achieve the business objectives;
  • Execute in Compensation & Benefit functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits administration and insurance renewal;
  • Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures;
  • Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory / legislative requirements;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in full function HR & Admin field;
  • A strong focus in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll will be an advantage;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances;
  • Team player and analytical mind;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
