Senior Human Resources Officer/ Asst. HR Manager

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and develop effective talent requisition plans and executions.
  • Handle recruitment process and onboarding journey for the new recruits independently.
  • Prepare employment contracts, update internal databases and related records.
  • Coordinate internal staff communications and external parties’ collaborations on employer branding. 
  • Be responsible for employees’ compensation case and associated administration.
  • Provide regular reporting, such as vacancies report, turnover analysis and staff movement reports, etc.
  • Assist to drive HR projects and events whenever required.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

Job Requirement : 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in human resources.
  • Solid experience in healthcare HR management is a plus.
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other associated law and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, independent, and self-motivated.
  • A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Office applications, particular in excel and PowerPoint presentation.

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager)
