support the compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related pay level benchmark and analysis
assist in the review and enhancement of benefits programs and policies such as healthcare and retirement benefits scheme to achieve more value for money benefits programs, align with market practice and meet the needs of employees and management.
assist in monitoring the activities of PRC assignees’ Tax filing (HK and PRC) and support the operations from HR perspective;
administer the Club’s benefits programs such as healthcare scheme to meet the needs of business and employee; monitor and negotiate with service providers to ensure the service quality and the effectiveness of programs.
support the implementation of Reward programs e.g annual salaries review.
assist in project-based HR activities
