Senior Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer

  • Provide a wide range of human resources services, such as recruitment, performance management and other employment matters
  • Provide support for the day-to-day operation of the department
  • Prepare periodic report for recruiting activities
  • Work in partnership with business managers, understand their needs and provide appropriate human resources advices / support proactively
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment / project



  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, exposure in construction industry is preferred
  • Proactive, detail-minded coupled with strong communications and organizational skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application Microsoft Office
  • Results-oriented, able to prioritize and work multi-task projects
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
  • Benefit: Mid-year bonus, Year-End Bonus, Medical Insurance, 14-day Annual Leave, 5.5 working days with alternative Saturday off
