Senior Human Resources Officer (JC011)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business units to understand their needs, requirements and budget
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interview, offer negotiations to on-boarding
  • Handle the application of working visa in China/HK for the new foreign staff
  • Handle various recruitment and employer branding related projects
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and marketing strategies to attract talents across the business units, use single and multiple channels
  • Organizing new employee orientation, corporate and CSR employee events
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects 

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experience in in-house recruitment and employee relations
  • Experience to manage China/Hong Kong work permit application & renewal for foreign workers
  • Good PC skills: MS Office, Outlook applications and Chinese Word processing
  • Familiar with HKSAR Labour Ordinance
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
