Senior Human Resources Officer

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Office Administration and etc.
  • Responsible to handle monthly mass payroll calculation, and to support benefits administration, such as medical claims, final payment and leave management
  • Liaise with business partners to ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration
  • Prepare and update various HR related reports for management review
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to achieve defined goals effectively
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • University graduates in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in sizeable companies
  • Familiar with Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Strong experience in payroll will be an advantage
  • Mature, flexible, well-organized and detail-oriented, with can do spirit and positive mindset
  • Strong leadership and interpersonalskills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
