The Job:

  • Provide professional HR support in the areas of compensation & benefits, attendance management, recruitment & selection, etc.
  • Responsible for HR system administration as well as maintain database and personnel records in ensuring data integrity.
  • Responsible for whole process of recruitment and selection as well as orientation program.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll administration, MPF and tax returns as well as preparing payroll and analysis reports for management review.
  • Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for organize staff training and activities.
  • Provide full spectrum of HR service to other business units.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.


The Person:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Min. 5 years’ relevant experience, with solid exposure in recruitment & selection and compensation & benefits.
  • Excellent knowledge of HK Labor Ordinance and other HR related regulations.
  • Eager to learn, able to work independently with positive and proactive attitude, as well as strong sense of responsibility.
  • Detail-minded with good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, preferably with spoken Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese data entry is a must.
