Senior Human Resources Officer

Main purpose of role:

Be responsible for regular payroll and compensation and benefits administration, staff recruitment, monitor the operations of uniform distribution centre,  employee’s Compensation case handling including but not limited to department administration for all business units. 



  • Provide monthly or ad-hoc payroll for all staff;
  • Monitor the accuracy of the raw data, which are correlated to wages calculation, such as attendance records and leave records;
  • Prepare a set of payroll related reports to relevant parties, e.g. Finance Department, end-user business and Human Resources Department;
  • Prepare annual tax return to IRD for all staff;
  • Monitor the wages hotline and respond to the wages enquiry of staff;
  • Assist in staff benefit review and employee relations activities;
  • Provide general administrative support of EC case to the department;
  • Provide counter enquiry support in wages issues;
  • Monitor the operations of uniform distribution centre
  • Assist to recruit capable staff for operations and handle the new joiner issues.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Conduct vetting process as per Company requirement
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.



  • Matriculated education or above in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years people management experience with proven record
  • Experience in service industry would be an advantage
  • Recruitment experience is a plus
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of common office software, e.g., Chrome Office, MS Office, etc.
  • Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior
  • Willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Labour relations experience, including a good understanding of the relevant HK Legislation
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
