 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate the organization's technology audit risk areas and provide key input to the development of the risk-based annual audit plan
  • Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, documenting client processes and procedures, and communicating results of IS audit and consulting projects via written reports and presentations on a timely basis to senior management
  • Develop and maintain productive team-oriented relationships within the team and across the organization through individual contacts and group meetings
  • Coaching and consulting business units, Mars Global Services and Corporate team on governance, risks and controls
  • Leading or contributing to regional or global internal audit (IA) initiatives that focus on governance and control improvement or IA-internal processes
  • Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and share information gained with co-workers
  • Represent internal auditing on organizational project teams at management meetings and with external organizations


  • University Graduate in MIS, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-6 years of audit or project experience related to information security, data privacy or other risk areas beyond IT general controls is preferred, experience with Big 4 or IT consulting firm will be an advantage
  • Experience in FMCG industry will be desirable
  • Possess knowledge of contemporary IT risk management, control techniques and control frameworks
  • IT SOX compliance experience is preferred
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex data, evaluate information and systems, draw logical conclusions and present findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Considerable skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably working towards or possess a CISA, CPA or CIA certificate
  • Willing to travel to up to 30-40% within Asia Pacific, and on occasion to US
