Our client is a leading Chinese securities firm. They are now hiring a Senior Institutional Sales (Team Head) to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked transactions, including, among others, debts, funds, CIA and IPO and placement.
  • Be able to engage client and explain proficiently on our equity and fund product offerings.
  • Solid experience on risk assessment of institutional clients and high net worth clients.
  • To work together with other investment banking units, including IB, GCM and Research, to conduct marketing and deal events at corporate level
  • Sales tasks including but not limited to IPO underwriting and secondary market placement
  • Comply with rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory authorities

 

 

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years proven track record within institutional sales
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and other general financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of financial products and markets with proven ability to work in equity sales and trading environment.
  • Full proficiency in English & Mandarin (Spoken, Reading, Writing)
