FCS INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT LTD!!

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER / INTERIOR DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the strategy efforts in multiple projects
• Research and analyze global shifts and trends in work behaviours to develop and improve recommendations with respect to physical, digital and social workplaces
• Create and execute commercial office design concepts through schematic planning
• Design office environments to achieve client’s brand identity and develop unique design concepts
• Manage construction documents from designers and consultants
• Provide detailed and innovative designs according to different guidelines
• Identify exceptional design obstacles and resolve
• Handle commercial projects independently from design concept, project development, and materials application to project completion.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Relevant technical Interior Design experiences
• Relevant experiences in workplace design is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and mentoring the team
• Passionate about Interior Design as long-term career field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop; SketchUP and 3ds Max is preferred
• Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Candidates with less experience or new graduated will be considered as Assistant Designer

SITE SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and coordinate design team, responsible for executing design documentation, site quality standards and site progress verification
• Provide active support to design team ensuring projects are completed on time
• Familiar with Interior Design contracts and budget estimations
• Familiar with Interior Design contracts and budget estimations
• Collaborate with client on construction and cost control procedures
• Work closely with Corporate Manager and Senior Interior Designer on overall Design Direction and general view
• Lead research and development process related to furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, signage, etc.

  REQUIREMENTS :

• Capacity to co-ordinate projects from conceptual design and negotiation to job completion
• Experienced on site co-ordination with Consultant and Sub-Contractor
• Creative Leadership monitoring team projects
