Senior Inventory Management Executive (Ref. No.: 22411)

Our client, a leading luxury retail group is urgently looking for Supply Chain young-executive, to join their expanding team in Hong Kong region.

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for delivering optimal inventory/supply levels, managing via the inventory KPI to achieve key service agreements whilst meeting business target.
  • Responsible for the management and control of the inventory assets of the company; support the achievement of Customer Service and Demand/Gross Sales Plan.
  • Own the inventory/supply planning role within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process. Highlights inventory issues with proposed action plan.
  • Manage to achieve KPI & inventory targets.
  • Work with key stakeholders-Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Demand planning to support relevant and necessary implementation of logistics projects/ initiatives in meeting business requirements.
  • Prepare report and communicate inventory measurements to the business.
  • Provide analytical support, drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years working experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Management.
  • Strong analytical mind with good business sense.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, independent, and with positive attitude.
  • Well organized and result oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and must be an advanced Excel user. Preferably with SAP experience.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
