The Opportunity

Promote Investchoice fund platform, attract bank client to experience our fund investing experience, enjoy one shop financial planning /solution in Manulife.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Lead a sales team in bank who monitor daily sales experience e.g. RM team leader or center manager
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Funds selling
  • Good market knowledge, hold morning market updates, client portfolio review
  • Analyze and monitor daily/weekly sales/pipeline report
  • Monitor IWM daily activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
  • A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
  • Open to change and continuous improvement

Nice to Haves:

  • Support client event e.g. as seminar speaker/MC
  • Co-ordinate with marketing to arrange sales campaign/client promotion
  • Joint call with IWM ( if necessary)
  • Assist to train up new hire

On the job you will:

  • Working with IWMs, conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify cross-selling investment products opportunities
  • Funds performance analysis for prospecting purpose
  • Achieve the sales target by collaborating with IWMs to conduct pre-case study, share sales propositions and carry out joint-call activities proactively
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and react positively to customer requests
  • Support IWM sales by sharing sales tactics and providing briefing sessions on investment products
  • Host investment seminars and talks for existing and prospective Investchoice customers
