Senior IT Business Analyst/ Manager, Business Analysis (Business Process Analysis)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing various system development and operational efficiency enhancement projects
  • Conduct analysis of business process and make recommendation on system changes so that process and procedure can be streamlined and achieve work efficiency
  • Engage users in order to develop good understanding of user operations (needs and challenges) and develop good rapport with users
  • Work with vendors / suppliers to prepare the functional specifications on required systems
  • Participate in UAT, system rollout planning, and coordinate works with various support teams
  • Lead and facilitate project activities, including user requirement collection, user acceptance test and implementation plan
  • Manage vendors for new systems implementation, and provide system support to ensure stable and efficient business operations
  • Perform any ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in IT as Business Analyst; of which at least 2 years of working experience in business process practices
  • Proven track record of digital workplace project in business process workflow management, document and knowledge management, e-signature, and workflow automation etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, highly organized and effective, and a good team player
  • Experience in project management / project co-ordination
  • Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, in terms of the ability to frame discussion issues in the right context and the ability to express viewpoints using clear and concise language
  • Possess of Project Management Professional Certificate or relevant qualification is a plus but not essential
