We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated IT Executive to join our fun, professional and dedicated People Operations Department based here in Hong Kong. The People Operations team plays a key role in developing and reinforcing the culture of foodpanda, while aiming to achieve a high level of efficiency and workforce management. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage company’s IT assets and provide onsite and remote support for local and international users.
  • Communicate to clients via chat/f2f/emails to diagnose and resolve IT issues on computer software and hardware.
  • Log and process technical requests based on complaints received in the ticket system to ensure fast turnaround times for all helpdesk queries.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, basic network troubleshoot, printers, door access and CCTV.
  • Assist in planning and installation of Windows based systems (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Zoom software,KACE deployment software, Microsoft Azure, O365 basics, VMWare WS One) and Mac/Linux machines.
  • Maintain and outperform SLAs and CSAT scores
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with HQ.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to on and off-boarding users across multiple software and computer equipment.
  • Manage office builds (e.g. staff account set-up) and miscellaneous physical extensions of the foodpanda businesses (e.g. Monitor and report network status on a weekly basis)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experiences in helpdesk/ 1st level support
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiences in managing enterprise servers and workstations
  • Basic IT-infrastructure understanding (e.g. Active Directory, GSuite)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in an Internet company as tier-2 support is considered a plus
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills (high scores in Jobstreet English Assessment is an advantage)
  • Good team player
  • Excellent problem solving skills and stress management
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
