Senior IT Infrastructure Lead (Project Support & Shared Services) (Ref: IT-INT-SITL-PS-CT)

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To coach and lead a team of IT Specialists to manage and provide technical support on IT infrastructure facilities and domains
  • To devise new IT strategies, guidelines and procedures
  • To evaluate technologies, put forward acquisition recommendation, and manage procurement
  • To act as an infrastructure project manager to drive successful implementation of infrastructure projects

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 13 years’ relevant large-scale, complex and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation experiences.
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
    • Client / End-user Hardware and Software
    • Collaboration Systems: Microsoft 365, AD & Exchange, SharePoint, File and Print
    • Common Infrastructure Tools: Privileged ID Management (CyberArk), Job Scheduling Tool (Control-M), Printing and Archiving Software (InfoPrint, YSoft)
    • Call Centre System: Avaya, Genesys, and RightFax
    • VMware virtualization and Microsoft Windows Server platform
    • Generic knowledge on network and security domains
  • ITIL and PMP certifications an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Depending on candidate’s experience, the position of IT Lead may be considered. In addition, employment may be on permanent or 2-year contract term and renewal of contract will be subject to the Company’s business needs and performance of the individual.
