Headquartered in Singapore, ASMPT’s offerings encompass the semiconductor assembly & packaging, and SMT (surface mount technology) industries. Our Hong Kong office located in Tsing Yi.

We are now looking for a dynamic & talented IT auditor to join our Group Internal Audit team to meet up the audit & compliance demand of the growing expansion of our business.

Position: Senior IT Internal Auditor

Report to: Global Head – Group Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT audit including IT general controls, application controls and IT infrastructure and security review to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the IT Function through audit review

• Work closely with GIA – General audit team to support financial and operational audits in systems control testing with IT expertise (e.g., data analytics and CAAT programs)

• Identify control weaknesses, analyze evidential information and suggest practical recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvement.

• Prepare IT audit reports, present investigation findings and offer recommendations

• Liaise with auditees to formulate action plans and communicate audit findings and recommendations with local management.

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• University degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Obtained relevant professional qualifications like CISA and CISSP would be a plus

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in consultancy firm and/or commercial industry in risk management, IT auditing, cybersecurity or IT management.

• Comprehensive knowledge in general IT security concepts (e.g., Authentication, Identification, Authorization, Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, firewall, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, web proxy, etc.)

• Sound knowledge in data center management, application system architecture, encryption techniques and network infrastructure, as well as information security standards such as ISO27001, NIST cybersecurity framework, etc.

• Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate, and reach appropriate conclusions

• Open-minded and dynamic, ability to work within a multicultural team and with stakeholders across the organization

• Knowledge and practical experience in SAP is an advantage

• Approximately 20% travel worldwide is required (after travel constraints on COVID-19 pandemic is lifted)

• Fluent in both Chinese & English, and good report writing skill in English is required.
