Senior IT Manager/ Service Delivery Manager - KPI/ SLA

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall client services relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and level of services delivery across professional services and banking industries’ clients
  • Lead a team of 6 to handle change management and incident management; provide professional IT services and IT operation support according to ITIL practice
  • Handle any requests related system upgrade, maintenance and installation
  • Cover IT maintenance/ wintel servers/ linux server services
  • Review KPI/ SLA for service & support and formulate a further improvement plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related disciplines, with ITIL v3 Foundation / PMP/ Prince 2 certificate is a plus
  • With at least 10 years of working experience, strong knowledge in IT maintenance/ wintel platform server/ Windows server/ Linux server/ storage/ networking product knowledge
  • Experience in dealing with large corporate customers
  • Solid understanding of the clients’ business and fully utilize such knowledge to provide business and functional expertise
  • Good client facing skills and client relationship management with good commercial sense
  • Good communication skill and presentation skill
