We invite experienced candidate to apply the following position:
Senior IT Officer / IT Officer
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Ensure the hotel computer systems are installed and operating properly
- Assist and resolve all standard and Hotel customized features and functions of the Hotel System, administrate infrastructure, including AD, Email, Hyper-V, firewalls, anti-virus, malware protection software
- Adhoc projects and other IT related matters
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues

Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel industry is preferred
- Familiar with Windows applications and networking
- Hands-on experience in computer technical support, SQL Server, HTML / PHP Web Services, WAN/LAN, router/switch, network cabling infrastructure is preferred
- Proactive and able to work independent
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel industry is preferred
- Familiar with Windows applications and networking

- Proactive and able to work independent
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Officer
