Senior Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team work, include but not limited to preparation of quotations & reports, ad hoc follow up etc.
  • Maintain good communication with local & Japanese clients, local operations team & Japan headquarter
  • Arrange small parcels shipment for E-commerce Business
  • Handle daily incoming inquiries and call

Requirements

  • High school graduate or above
  • 3 years customer service or operations experience preferably gained from logistics company
  • E-Commerce experience would be advantage
  • Client focus with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
  • Native Japanese (N1) is highly preferred
  • Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Word Processing)

Working Location

  • San Po Kong (free shuttle bus to Diamond Hill MTR station)
