Senior / Junior HR and Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR and Office Administration functions.
  • Handle payroll calculation, taxation, MPF administration and maintain staff record.
  • Responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, performance management and employee relations.
  • Manage office daily administration operation and services contracts.
  • Assist to develop and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
  • Assist team members to organize company events and staff activities.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 years solid experience in all rounded Human Resources & Office Administration.
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well organized and a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer operation including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
