Our client is a market leader in facility management sector with global presence. They are providing professional services to various industries including hospitality, financial services, healthcare etc. They are now hiring a facility management professional to join them as a leader of a small team.


Reporting to the Business Director, this Senior Key Account Manager will be a leader of the key account management team. You will responsible for driving growth of the assigned key accounts for the company. To do this, you will need to build relationship with your key accounts and to provide exceptional services as to develop the growth account plan. This position is a leadership position and you will act as a bridge between clients and the management teams.


To be successful in this role, you must have excellent experience in facility management sector. You should have proven track record in developing accounts and providing exceptional facility services to corporation. Candidates must have good project management and and business acumen skills. Since this is a senior key account management role, you must have experience in business planning for key accounts. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required for this role.
