Senior Key Account Manager (Retail Client, Contract Logistics)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a Senior Key Account Manager of a global logistics company, handle client in Retail business
  • Analyze KPI trends and undertake improvements following analysis
  • Establish and present customized offers to customers.
  • Assure good communication flow about business opportunities work on the required solutions
  • To manage and supervise the key account team with service visibility and actions
  • Develop a strong bonding with customer stakeholders
  • Manage customer SLA (Service level Agreements)
  • Ensure customer SOP’s are being adhered to and refined at the branch / country  and trade lane level
  • Monitor billing and customer payments
  • Provide customer end month reports and hold business review meeting
  • Plan and execute sales strategy and achieve sales target
  • Drive cycle time / cost reduction initiatives (CCI’s)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder or equivalent in logistics field
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in operational management
  • Good understanding on contract logistics and freight operations process
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient English language skills, good spoken and written Chinese is preferable
  • Knowledge and passion for driving Operational Excellence
  • Understanding of total supply chain / distribution / logistics concepts and ideas
  • Ability to work under stress and with tight deadlines
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
