To develop and manage assigned customers to achieve company business objectives
To prepare various report and analysis per both customer and management request
To handle customer enquiries and feedback in order to maintain daily operation smoothly
To handle business development projects and other ad hoc projects
To ensure quality service by frequently visits and understand the feedback from customers
Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, Food Science or related disciplines
At least 2-3 years’ sales experience in catering market especially in serving and developing the key accounts of fast food, restaurant chains, hotels and clubs is preferred
Strong presentation skills, detail oriented with good analysis, negotiation and problem solving skills
Outgoing, aggressive, proactive and self-motivated, able to work under pressure and result oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office
With Driving License will be an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Key Account Officer
