Senior L&D Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the L&D planning including annual learning curriculum, training costing and budgeting, design new courses and programs, and delivery of training programs as required
  • Drive and implement talent management programs across the region to cope with the business strategies
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and department heads on talent discussion & review, and the development of talent pools across the region
  • Design and facilitate the succession planning programs to ensure the readiness of high potentials coping with the fast business growth
  • Work closely with HR counterparts on the enhancement of Performance Management activities to ensure an effective way identifying talents within the organizations
  • Participate in the HR system maintenance and upgrade with a focus in e-learning system and performance management system

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • 10 to 15 years of solid experience in the area L&D, Talent Management and OD; of which a minimum of 4 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Solid experience in L&D programs design and delivery
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen on driving talent strategy coping with the business growth
  • Certified trainer in 7-habits or other qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
