Responsibilities:

  • Providing all-rounded HR services not limited to Training & Development, CSR, Staff Engagement Activities, Employee Communications and Office Administration duties
  • Identify, develop & deliver various learning & development programs and activities in the organization
  • Prepare, organize and execute the annual training plan
  • Analyze training data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Co-ordinate with external and internal partners to organize training programs
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned within HR and administration functions

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Human Resources / Training & Development / Hospitality / Linguistics / Psychology / Social Science or related disciplines
  • Min. 3 years or above Human Resources experience with exposure in sizable organization preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Training and Development is a highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, internal customer focus, people oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Qualification of Management Development / Leadership Skills, DISC / MBTI / NLP and Train the Trainer would be definitely an advantage
  • Fluency in written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant L&D Manager
