Senior Learning & Development Officer

Responsibilities

  • Identify training and staff development needs of front line staff
  • Assist team head in formulating training plans and budget
  • Design and deliver training courses/programs in line with business needs
  • Develop and update training calendar, maintain training record
  • Reinforce customer service standard via conduct field coaching and implementing CS programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and review training programs accordingly
  • Organize company activities and employee relations events
  • Handles ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder, 4 years solid training experience in developing and delivering retail training programs
  • Service-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated & independent
  • Passionate with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications & Chinese word processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Learning & Development Officer
