Senior Learning Manager (Retail Banking and Wealth Management)

  • Bachelor or Master's degree with 10 years relevant experiences
  • Exposure to working in a financial services organisation, gaining an understanding of the market & particular challenges
  • Processes extensive experience & track-record
  • Demonstrates leadership on regulatory & compliance matters
  • Ability to develop strong networks with key stakeholders at all points
  • Experience in working with culturally dispersed businesses
  • Proficiency & ability to delivery training in both English & Cantonese

Duties: -

  • To lead and manage the learning delivery team
  • Provides leadership, manages performance, develop talents
  • Oversees & drives the execution of learning deployment
  • Evaluate and adapts internal and external best practices
  • Manages the execution of the agreed demand plan to ensure requirements
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert of wealth management
  • Manage and partner with stakeholders to ensure the deployment
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory & client's policies, monitoring audit reports and customer complaints, risk management reports & initiating corrective action when necessary
