Senior Logistic Officer (Warehouse Operation)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal parties on daily inbound, outbound and shipment allocation.
• Work with the outsourced warehouse team and trucking team to maintain a smooth warehouse operation and process optimization.
• Exception handling and problem solving.
• Managing the 3PL(s) to meet the SOP, KPI and the execution according to the Work Instruction
• Conduct the regular Inventory Audit to achieve the required inventory accuracy ratio.
• Arrange the warehouse audit on the operation process and storage condition according the company standard.
• Regular meeting with the stakeholder and 3PL warehouse team to review the performance and drive for the continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years working experience in Logistics, focus on Warehouse and Distribution
• Candidates with experience in Food & Beverage industry will be preferable
• Solid understanding on Warehousing/ Distribution/ Inventory Management
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work overtime/ Saturday and Sunday when required
