Senior Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

  • Supply chain management – purchasing and receiving
  • Stock and Inventory level management
  • Demand planning with sales teams
  • Prepare shipping documents for China Customs importation
  • Liaise and coordinate with freight forwarders.
  • Liaise and coordinate with third party warehouse.
  • Cost analysis of 3PL providers.


Skills required

  • Minimum Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of Supply Chain and Logistics coordinating experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Meticulous, well organized, positive attitude and pay attention to detail.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Good computer skills including ERP systems and Excel reporting
  • Must have very good English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills.
  • Immediately available preferred.
  • Overseas work or study experience highly regarded.
