  • Handle enquiry about the loyalty programme online and offline platform from members and preferred partners
  • Administrative tasks relating to membership and platform management
  • Assist Loyalty Member Services Manager and Arrture team in operation training, standardizing procedure and loyalty programme materials
  • Assist Marketing Manager and Marketing team for online marketing campaign to acquire and engage our members
  • Assist Partnership Manager and Partnership team for following up with partner on-boarding process, from paperwork to online.
  • Ad-hoc initiatives from time to time as assigned by managers



  • Diploma or University graduate in Hospitality or Marketing
  • 3-5 years or above experience in customer interfacing operations or customer service
  • Ability to work unsupervised, Highly committed, self-motivated, Creative, Proactive and Result Oriented
  • Willing to work and travel in irregular working days
  • Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
  • Excellent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua. Proficiency in other languages a plus
  • This role would suit qualified front-end service staff looking to transition into back-end customer service role, for eg those with hotel concierge or airline cabin crew experiences
