SENIOR MAINTENANCE OFFICER / MAINTENANCE OFFICER [Ref. WG-SMO/MO]

• Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines 
• Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in property management
• Experience in building construction, maintenance, fire services or renovation projects preferred
• Holder of safety card
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer
